Jean-David N’Da is an art photographer, designer and author based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. A self-taught artist influenced by the works of creatives such as Saul Leiter, Michael Kenna and J Dilla, his eclectic, happily boring, somewhat melancholic and deliberately disengaged photography is first and foremost an autotelic exercise evocative of universal emotions: love, solitude, nostalgia, hope and freedom.
